NoteVault is designed with privacy as its core principle. This application functions as an offline secure vault disguised as a notepad. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any external servers directly by the app itself.
All data, including notes, files, images, and videos, is stored locally on your own device. NoteVault uses industry-standard encryption to secure your hidden files. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

NoteVault uses third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob, to display ads. These services may collect certain device-related information including advertising identifiers, IP address, and general usage data to serve and measure advertisements, and to provide personalized ads where permitted by law.
Users located in regions where consent is required (such as the EEA, UK, and Switzerland) are shown a consent dialog allowing them to choose whether to receive personalized or non-personalized ads. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the in-app consent options or your device settings.
NoteVault does not use any third-party analytics services for tracking user behavior within the app. Advertising providers may perform limited measurement for ad performance in compliance with applicable regulations.
While we use strong encryption, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security against sophisticated physical device attacks.
NoteVault does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. Advertising services comply with applicable child protection laws and platform policies.
